Fama & Associates develops and executes custom construction management solutions for Public and Private clients across the built environment. Our work includes construction administration, cost analysis, constructibility reviews, and owner’s representation. We work across the lifecycle of projects, from concept to execution, helping our clients manage risk and execution.
20 Years Multifamily Experience
Brennan Fama has over 20 years of multifamily construction experience across the entire spectrum of building types and delivery methods. He leads all aspects of F&A, working directly with our clients to craft custom solutions for their individual needs.
Prior to founding the firm, Brennan headed self-performed construction operations for Greystar in the Mid Atlantic. Before joining Greystar, Brennan headed the National Multifamily House Team for Balfour Beatty Construction in the Mid Atlantic, which he joined after a several roles at Clark Builders Group (now CBG Building Company). Brennan holds a BA from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, an M.A. from the University of Chicago, and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America.
